We are an all-volunteer organization, and we deeply value the time, energy, and care that each member contributes to this work. Alumni are encouraged to engage in ways that feel meaningful to them—whether by staying in touch or joining one of our core committees. Below, you’ll find our tiers of involvement and descriptions of the committees leading our efforts.

Tiers of Involvement

Tier 0.5:
Communication

 

Sign up for our email listserv to stay up to date with our work.



Tier 2:
Committee Member

 

Join a subcommittee, attend its meetings, and take on action items.

(~3–5 hours/month)

Tier 1:
Light-Touch

 

Attend monthly coalition calls to stay informed, share feedback, and amplify updates.

 

( ~1–2 hours/month)

Tier 3:
Committee Lead/
Co-Lead

Convene meetings, set priorities, coordinate tasks, and liaise with the broader coalition. Provide structure, accountability, and vision for a specific area.

 

(~5+ hours/month)
